RETURN CONDITIONS

Request Period: You have 14 business days from the delivery date to request a return for your order.

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of use, damage, or wear will not be accepted for return.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. FULL PRJCT.® is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
