SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within an estimated 24-72 hours in mainland Spain, starting from the moment your order is processed and shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and any operational issues.
SHIPPING PROCESS
Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking number, or it will be updated on your customer page. You can use this number to track the status of your package in real time.
Order Status: The tracking link will allow you to check the status of your shipment at any time, from when it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at the specified delivery address.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process and will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. These costs may vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.
DELIVERY ISSUES

We currently ship to most locations nationwide. If your address is in a remote area or a region outside our usual delivery area, we will contact you to discuss available shipping options.

CUSTOMS DUTIES
The shipping company will notify you of these additional charges, which are the customer's responsibility. If you have any questions about the customs process, please feel free to contact us at info@fullprjct.com for more information or assistance.
The customer will be responsible for customs duties and any other costs related to the regulations of the destination country. FULL PRJCT.® will not cover import costs, so the customer must pay any applicable tariffs.
If the customer decides not to pay the customs charges, the order will be considered canceled and will be returned to our warehouse. In that case, the purchase amount will be refunded, minus any costs associated with the shipment refusal.
During special seasons such as new collection launches, Black Friday, Christmas, and other periods of high demand, shipments may experience some delays due to the volume of orders.
